Martians is a complex of vitamins and minerals for children in the form of lozenge tablets – small Martians with forestberry and strawberry flavour. Each tablet contains all the necessary vitamins, minerals and other active substances in generally recommended amounts which are necessary for the physiological growth and development of a child. In addition, Martians are enriched with Prebiotics (Inulin) which promotes healthy gut microflora and proper absorption of Calcium. Vitamins and minerals have a positive effect on the overall health and general vitality of a child. Martians also contain a sweetener Xylitol that helps to maintain tooth in good condition and at the same time it adds a delicious cooling taste to the tablets.
In cases of diarrhoea and dehydration it is important not only to replace the flora but also the electrolytes. Altaflora electrolyte sachets contain lactobacilli and electrolytes that are easily soluble giving an excellent vanilla taste. UNICLOPHEN® 0.1 %

Product composition:
Active substances: Diclofenacum natricum (diclofenac sodium) 1 mg in 1 mL of solution Excipients: benzalkonii chloridum (benzalkonium chloride) 0.05mg in 1mL (0.005%), acidum boricum (boric acid), borax (borax), propylenglycolum (propylene glycol), hydroxypropylbetadexum (hydroxypropylbetadex), dinatrii edetas (disodium edetate), aqua ad iniectabilia (water for injection).
Pharmacotherapeutic group:
Ophthalmologic, non-steroidal antiflogistic
Characteristics: The UNICLOPHEN 0.1% product in the conjunctival sac attenuates pain and significantly softens inflammatory reactions conditioned by mechanical damage or allergy. The active substance diclofenac sodium belongs to the drugs, which attenuating creation of prostaglandins and other inflammation mediators by inhibition of the cyclooxygenase enzyme. The UNICLOPHEN 0.1% product administered before ..cataract surgery decreases miosis activated by a surgery intervention, and after microsurgical or laser-surgery interventions it affects preventively against edema of the central retina.
Indications: UNICLOPHEN 0.1% has been used for treatment of non-infection inflammations of the eye, especially for treatment of chronic inflammations of the conjunctiva and the cornea, namely those of allergic origin, then in cases of episcleritis and the anterior and the intermediary uveitis. It is also used at non-bacterial inflammations of eye-lids, after the eye small injuries (after dropping foreign bodies into the eye, burns res. chemical burns), at ulcers on the cornea, after the UV radiation.. (welding, sun-light rays) and at photophobia.
UNICLOPHEN 0.1% product has been used also in pre-surgery preparation to decrease miosis during surgery, for pre- and post-surgery prevention of the cystoid macular edema (edema of the central retina) and for attenuation of unreasonable inflammatory reaction after various eye surgeries.
The medicine can be used by adults, youngs and children older than 2 years.
Contraindications: UNICLOPHEN 0.1% must not be used in case of hypersensitivity on product’s single components, or in case of hypersensitivity on other non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drugs. It is restricted also for the patients, in which acetylsalicylic acid activates the asthmatic attack, hives or the acute cold. There have to be especially serious reasons for administration of the eye drops to mothers during pregnancy and in time of nursing. The product must not be administered to mothers in the third trimester of pregnancy and to children up to 2 years old.
Increased carefulness is required in case of patients suffering of the stomach and the intestine tenue ulcer disease, and due to risk of increased bleeding during surgery also in case of patients with tendency to bleeding and the patients taking drugs preventing blood clotting /coagulation/.
Side effects: The medicine is very well tolerated. Immediately after application, temporary burning respectively unclear vision can occur. Rarely, also reaction due to hypersensitivity with feeling of itching, hyperemia and edema can occur. Prospective occurrence of these side effects or another unusual reactions report, please, to your physician.
Interactions: The UNICLOPHEN 0.1% product and other at the same time used drugs can mutually affect. Therefore, your doctor should be informed about all drugs you are recently taking, respectively you had been taking short time ago, or you plan to start taking, whether prescribed by a doctor or not. If another doctor wants to prescribe you a new drug, inform him/her that you are already taking the UNICLOPHEN 0.1% eye drops product. If you are taking also another eye medicines, consult suitability of their simultaneous administration with an ophthalmologist. However, between another eye drugs and the UNICLOPHEN 0.1% product applications, it is in general recommended to keep at least 5 minutes interval.
Dosage: Exact dosage and treatment duration is always set-up by a doctor. Adults:
In case of the eye non-infectious inflammations, usually 1-2 drops 3-5 times daily into the conjunctival sack are applied. To minimize miosis during eye surgeries, 3 hours before a surgery apply 6-times one drop (app. in 30 minutes intervals) into the conjunctival sac.
Immediately after a surgery, apply one drop 3-times and during subsequent days 1-2 drops 3-5 times daily into the conjunctival sac during 1 week at least. Children older than 2 years:
Usage and dosing must be specially advised by an ophthalmologist. Whole therapy must be realized under his ambulant supervision. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The UNICLOPHEN 0.1% product can be combined simultaneously with local corticosteroids.
Special warning: Immediately after the eye drops application into the conjunctival sac, slightly unclear vision can momentary occur, that could make driving motor vehicles, equipment operation and working in heights more difficult. Therefore, it is recommended to perform these activities soonest 15 minutes after the medicine application.
Wearing the soft contact lenses simultaneously with the medicine using is not allowed. The hard contact lenses should be taken out before drops dosing and it is allowed to put them back soonest 20 minutes after the medicine application. Keeping the prescribed dosage, over-dosage is practically excluded. In case of incidental, single-shot digestion of the UNICLOPHEN 0.1% eye drops product, in case of adults there is not expected an inadequate reaction. If the product is incidentally digested by a child, call a doctor.
Warning: The medicine must not be used after expiration of the shelf life stated on a packaging. Use up the open packaging up to 28 days. After the product application, close a bottle immediately. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage: Keep the product in dry, at the temperature up to 25 oC. Do not refrigerate/freeze.
